Creator must have the complete copyright and have no infringement of the intellectual property rights of others, or obtain the legal authorization of a 3rd party and indicate it personally. We accept all individual creators, influencers, investment experts, self-media personnel and senior traders in the investment field to apply.

You are eligible to apply for the Top Author Program when your published topic reaches top 6 on the hot topic billboard .You may apply under the "Top Author Program" section in-app.

(1) A decent profile picture, compliant username and profile intro;

(2) Pornography, violence, slander, personal attacks, religious, political issues or indecent content are forbidden;

(3) You must have the complete copyright and have no infringement of the intellectual property rights of others, or obtain the legal authorization of a 3rd party and indicate it personally. At the same time, we refuse to reprint, plagiarize, or port other's works and infringe on the rights of others.

(4) Any content is not allowed to contain 3rd party brands, logos, watermarks, and any advertisements;

(5) Any content is not allowed to contain any shapes that obscure the brand, logo, watermark or other content.

These specific rules are as follows:

(1) Under the premise that person A does not have any breach of contract during the application period of this agreement, you can get $1 USD on each new valid follower added. If someone unfollowed you afterward, you will only get the cash rebate when the amount of valid follower is greater than the follower amount during the last settlement.

(2) Calculation:

Current Cash Rebate Settlement = (Current valid follower amount - Last settled follower amount) x $1 USD.

(3) Your cash rebate is settled on a weekly basis. System will automatically calculate the actual cash rebate on every Monday and deposit into your TOPONE Markets account balance. When the accumulated cash rebate exceeds $20, you may apply for withdrawal.

(1) ID Verification: You need to complete identity verification. (Only applicable to the first withdrawal.)

(2) Bank Verification: You need to verify the beneficiary account. (Only applicable to the first withdrawal)

(3) After completing the verification of (1) & (2), you can submit a withdrawal request. After we approve your withdrawal request, your bank may take 2 to 3 working days to process. (excluding statutory holidays)

(4) Before you submit each withdrawal equest, you need to ensure that you have already earned at least $20 cash rebate, for withdrawal requests less than $20 will not be accepted.

(1) Do not copy & paste, including but not limited to publishing works without the authorization of a 3rd party, direct plagiarism, etc.

(2) The content is prohibited from involving pornography, violence, slander, personal attacks, religious issues, political issues, indecent works and any commercial advertisements, traffic abuse, etc.

(3) Any 3rd parties and other company watermarks and any situation deemed to be intended to cover up stealing pictures are prohibited.

(4) Any dishonest behaviors or cheated methods are prohibited, including but not limited to the use of any form of softwarem, or any other cheating method deemed by the company to directly or indirectly to increase the amount of followers and the amount of comment interaction.

(5) After joining the top author program, deleting the published content on your end without our permission will bring a serious and negative impact on your cash rebate earnings. A bulk deletion of published contents will be considered a breach of contract.

Once TOPONE Markets finds that any of your behavior or actions violate the above-mentioned relevant contents, we will unilaterally impose corresponding penalties depending on the individual violations:

(1) General Violation - For whom conducted minor violations, involve any violations of (1), (2), (3) in the above-mentioned 6. Violation; the company will impose the following penalties: Those who violate the rules for the first time will receive a warning and punishment direct message from us. The violators must choose a period of one week for rectification and we will review again after the rectification period. After the review is passed, the author can continue to own the rights and qualifications in thisTop Author Program. If the creator violates any part of the listed forbidden scenario again, we will unilaterally immediately exploit all rights and interests of the delisted person in the Top Author Program, freeze all the cash rebate the delisted person has made in the account, and deprive the relevant qualifications, etc.

(2) Major Violation - For those with a bad nature, such as using dishonest ways, shapes, or forms to directly or indirectly increase followers, comment interaction, or a large amount of malicious copy & paste of contents or other people’s contents. The proportion of illegal content exceeds 30% of the total published contents. The rights and privileges of the Top author will be immediately terminated, all existing cash rebates in account will be frozen, and you will be notified by the company direct message. The validity period of the appeal for the above violation punishment decision is within seven working days from the day of receiving the private message from the official warning and punishment. During this period, you can contact the customer service staff on the TOPONE Markets software to appeal.

Reporting Mechanism: Under TOPONE Markets automated review system and after receiving reports from investors, our community administrator will review their violations manually. You can report any inappropriate contents via TOPONE Markets customer support in-app. Please provide us the reason and details as much as possible for a better investigation. (Example: Report for copy & paste behaviour: All screenshots, links, original authors, article titles of the content or more that you could access must be accurately provided.)
