What should I do if I haven't received the payment yet?
When we finish processing the investor's withdrawal request, their withdrawal status will be shown as "Completed". On the day the status changes, the funds will be transferred to their bank account or debit card that is linked in their trading account; the specific time is subject to the processing speed of your bank. If investor still have not received the payment, please contact our Customer Support for further assistance;
