Why is the pending order filled before "reaching" the target price?

This can happen with a "Buy Stop Order ". When placing an order, investors need to consider the factor of the spread. A "Buy Stop Order" is an act of buying (long) at a price higher than the current price. In the case of sufficient margin, when the real-time price reaches the preset target price and subtracts the corresponding spread, the pending order will be filled. Example: When the investor places a "Buy Stop Order” with 1 lot of XAUUSD, the preset target price is 1200.40. When the spread is 40 pips, and when the real-time price reaches 1200.40 - 0.40 = 1200.00, the pending order will be filled.
