(1) The following terms and conditions (the" Rules") apply to the rules of this Demo Trading Competition (the ""Event"). By successfully participating in the Event, you agree to and abide by all of the following rules. We are the provider of the Event and we reserve the right to modify or cancel the Event at any time without prior notice.

(2) Any terms not defined in these rules are defined by reference to the relevant terms in our product disclosure statement or customer agreement.

Qualifications

(3) The Company will, at its sole discretion, offer the event to customers who meet all of the requirements for account opening ("Eligible Customers"). An Eligible Investor must be a client of the Company and have a valid personal account ("Account"). (A) The Investor must be at least 18 years of age and must not have registered any account with the Company.(B) Investors who participate in the Event will be subject to the Company's conditions of opening a live account and identity verification.

Rules

(4) Event time: 2024-04-01 ~ 2024-04-30.

(5) Each eligible investor may only participate in the "Daily Trend Hunting" once per trading day.
r- You will be eligible for the lucky draw once you have accumulated three correct guesses.
r- 3 lucky investors will be automatically selected by the computer each day and given a $50 USD cash prize.

(6) Winners of the "Monthly Ranking" will receive the following prizes according to their ranking.
r1st Place: $300 USD Cash
r2nd Place: $200 USD Cash
r3rd Place: $100 USD Cash

(7) The time for announcing the winning results of this event is as follows:
- Announcement will be made within 1 hour after the hunting.
- Winners of "Daily Lucky Draw" will be announced at 10:00 (GMT+X) daily.
- The winner of the "Monthly Ranking" will be announced on the first calendar day of the following month.

(8) The cash prize awarded for this event will be paid out at the following times:
- System will automatically credit the cash prize into the investor's trading account balance on the day the winning list is announced in the "Daily Trend Hunting".- System will automatically credit the cash prize into the investor's trading account balance on the day the winning list is announced in the "Monthly Ranking".

(9) The cash prize earned by participating in this event will be automatically credited into the investor's trading account balance by the system and can be used for trading purposes and can be withdrawn (withdrawal will not be subject to any terms and conditions).

(10) If the investor agrees to participate in this Event (i.e. the participant who has successfully registered a trading account with the Company), it means that the investor agrees to the Company posting part of his/her personal information in the APP. For more information, please refer to our legal documents for details.

(11) This Event is only available in certain countries/ regions and investors must be eligible to open an account in these specific countries/ regions in order to participate in this Event. Otherwise, all invitations established will be considered invalid. The applicable countries/ regions are subject to our internal policies and may change from time to time. Customers are advised to contact our online customer service staff before participating in the Event.

Legal

(12) Any transaction losses resulting from this Event are the sole responsibility of the customer's own trading decisions and we are the sole arbiter of this Event. In the event of a dispute or matter not covered by these rules, the Company's management will resolve the matter in the manner it deems fairest to all parties involved, and such decision shall be final as to all parties involved.

(13) Commissions received by investors will be used to offset negative balances in their trading accounts, margin calls or other balances arising from client transactions.

(14) If during the Event period any person is found to have abused, violated the trading or operation, used any loopholes, errors, failures or defects of the Company's activities to defraud, or obtained any rewards, privileges or other benefits (if any) through identity impersonation, automated means or other illegal means, and obtained any benefits beyond the normal scope of transactions, or any violation of customer agreements, product disclosure statements or other legal The Company shall have the absolute discretion to revoke or suspend the account of such person and to disqualify such person from the event in accordance with these Rules, and shall also have the right to recover any prizes paid. Also, any obligations of our platform in connection with the Event shall be revoked.

(15) If at any time all or any part of a provision of these Rules is illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any respect under the laws of a jurisdiction, such provision shall not affect or impair the legality, validity or enforceability of other provisions of these Rules in that jurisdiction, nor shall it affect or impair the legality, validity or enforceability of such provisions in other jurisdictions.
